David Wakefield, Founder, President/CEO - over 34
years of power and industrial experience, also founded Wakefield Associates, Inc., a 24
year-old equipment supply and consulting company, dealing with power and industrial customers
throughout the US. Prior to forming WAI and EPIC, he held management and marketing
positions with Graver Tank (division of Aerojet-General), American Air Filter Company,
Metal Industries and H. Clay Moore and Associates, Inc. He has excellent relationships
and ties with potential customers and to major equipment suppliers, engineering and
construction companies, some of which will participate in EPIC’s projects. He has a
BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, an MBA from Bellarmine College and was a US
Naval Aviator. |

Rick Sierra, VP & COO – Mr. Sierra has over 23 years of engineering and financial management experience in the energy industry. From 2005 until 2009, he was CFO for U.S. Pipeline, Inc. (“USPL”). Prior to USPL, he spent 17 years in predecessor and successor companies to Enron, including the asset divestiture after Enron’s bankruptcy. At Enron, he held various positions in engineering, project management, development and asset management. Mr. Sierra spent 12 months as a Fellow with the U.S. House Subcommittee on Energy and Power. Mr. Sierra has an MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and a BS in Engineering Science from Baylor University, is a registered professional engineer and speaks Spanish. |

Robert G. Jackson, Chief Technology
Officer - has a long career in energy technology, fuel gasification and LNG. He served as
a fuel gasification consultant to several northwest US states, fuel gasification technology
leader for Conoco, LNG technologist and project engineer for Shell/Conch Methane Services.
He holds over 40 patents on various aspects of energy supply and usage and graduated from the
University of Liverpool in Mechanical Engineering. |

John Keller, Consultant and Financial Analyst - was a Senior Financial Analyst of MaxEn Capital, LLC. Mr. Keller is
the former Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Northern Engineering, Inc. in Houston,
TX, and the former Chief Financial Officer, Western Region, for Enron Energy Services. Mr.
Keller has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and management of operating and
service-related companies in the construction, engineering, energy and project finance
industries. |
