David Wakefield, Founder, President/CEO - over 34
years of power and industrial experience, also founded Wakefield Associates, Inc., a 24
year-old equipment supply and consulting company, dealing with power and industrial customers
throughout the US. Prior to forming WAI and EPIC, he held management and marketing
positions with Graver Tank (division of Aerojet-General), American Air Filter Company,
Metal Industries and H. Clay Moore and Associates, Inc. He has excellent relationships
and ties with potential customers and to major equipment suppliers, engineering and
construction companies, some of which will participate in EPIC’s projects. He has a
BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, an MBA from Bellarmine College and was a US
Naval Aviator. |

William Douglas, Senior Vice-President of
Business Development - has 25 years of combined experience in project development and
independent energy. He has a successful track record in developing both domestic and
international power projects. Started and operated a full-range national energy services
company. Mr. Douglas is the former Vice-President of Energy Supply for Innovative Energy
Partners. Has also been a Chief Operating Officer for Adair Power and has worked for
Enron as a National Account Director and General Manager of Business Development. Mr.
Douglas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1975 from the University of Iowa, College of
Liberal Arts. He also graduated with a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of
Iowa, College of Law in 1978 and attended the summer program at the University of Michigan,
Graduate School of Business Administration in 1985. |

Robert G. Jackson, Chief Technology
Officer - has a long career in energy technology, fuel gasification and LNG. He served as
a fuel gasification consultant to several northwest US states, fuel gasification technology
leader for Conoco, LNG technologist and project engineer for Shell/Conch Methane Services.
He holds over 40 patents on various aspects of energy supply and usage and graduated from the
University of Liverpool in Mechanical Engineering. |

Paul G. Myford, Senior Vice
President-Projects – has over 40 years experience in the engineering and construction
business on power and industrial projects with the past 30 years in project and company
management positions. Most recently, he was a Senior Project Manager/Director at Kellogg
Brown and Root, Enron Engineering and Construction and Coastal Power
(now El Paso Merchant Energy) working on domestic and international projects.
Paul was with EPIC in 1994 and 1995, joining EPIC after distinguished service at Northern
Engineering, Stone and Webster Engineering and Brown and Root. He holds a BS in Civil
Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a registered professional engineer in
Pennsylvania. |

John Keller, Senior Vice President/Chief
Financial Officer - is currently Senior Financial Analyst of MaxEn Capital, LLC. Mr. Keller is
the former Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Northern Engineering, Inc. in Houston,
TX, and the former Chief Financial Officer, Western Region, for Enron Energy Services. Mr.
Keller has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and management of operating and
service-related companies in the construction, engineering, energy and project finance
industries. |
